The HSPA20-Ae phased array equipment is applicable to a wide range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, and other metal types, as well as non-metallic materials like polyethylene plastic. It can effectively detect and pinpoint internal defects such as cracks, inclusions, porosity, and pores in various forms of processed items like plates, welds, castings, forgings, and pipes. Software Performance

2.2 The software embedded in the instrument accommodates a wide range of imaging methods including A-scan, B-scan, S-scan, C-scan, D-scan, 3D-scan, TOFD scan, and polar coordinate view display. It also offers the flexibility to achieve various combined display modes, enhancing visualization capabilities;

2.3 The offline analysis software has the capability to simultaneously display A-scan, B-scan, S-scan, C-scan, D-scan, and 3D scanning images. It allows for the marking of weld centers and widths, as well as automatic analysis of defect locations and quantitative parameters like defect length, depth, height, and severity;

2.4 The system is equipped with a wedge calibration function, which can quickly calibrate relevant parameters on site according to the wear condition without using the test block;

2.5 The software has functions such as depth compensation, angle compensation, curvature correction, acoustic range gate, depth gate, etc.;

2.6 The system offers support for multi-channel ultrasonic pulse echo, transmitting-receiving, and TOFD simultaneous detection. In TOFD detection mode, it can display A and B modes simultaneously, and it also provides the capability for multi-channel split-screen display and calibration;

2.7 Focus Modes: The device features a variety of focus modes, including full-screen dynamic focus, arbitrary surface focus, constant depth focus, horizontal focus, and projection surface focus. 2.8 The software of the equipment is designed with user-friendly operation and convenient process setup. Moreover, it can generate ultrasonic beam coverage analog images for different welds and groove shapes, simplifying the operation. It provides analog scanning and waveform flipping functionalities, enabling operators to comprehend the ultrasonic wave's traversal path across the inspected workpiece. Additionally, the software offers the option to upgrade the CAD import function for a lifetime at no extra cost;

2.9 It also provides support for TOFD calibration, ensuring a swift and convenient calibration process. This includes the capability to calibrate for through-wave, bottom-wave, and transverse hole echo depths, which can be displayed using both depth and time methods;

2.10 It offers support for synchronized TOFD through-wave and bottom-wave detection, along with functionalities for through-wave removal, gain adjustment, and SAFT (Synthetic Aperture Focusing Technique) analysis;

2.11 With convenient TOFD defect depth, height, length measurement function;

2.12 The system can conduct defect measurement records in accordance with relevant standards and generate test reports automatically. The detection outcomes are seamlessly integrated into the generated report and can be printed directly;

2.13 A specialized software package for the ultrasonic phased array detector is provided. This software is equipped with a full range of capabilities, including phased array and TOFD data acquisition, analysis, report generation, focus law calculation, process simulation, and so on.
