Technical Description
The MVDLE/ 5 series safety solenoid valves are single-stage automatic shut-off valves that meet the requirements of EN 161 for gas burners and gas equipment.
- Pipe thread as per ISO 7/1
- MVDLE: Slow opening with adjustable fast stroke for start gas volume
- Flange connection as per DIN EN 1092-1

Gas solenoid valve installation
1. First of all, we should check whether the working environment of gas solenoid valve products meets the work conditions, including temperature, pressure, medium attributes, etc.Check whether the components of the solenoid valve are missing structural stability. The general coil is in the same direction as the horizontal pipe except for special models.Please check the manual carefully before installation.
2. Check the cleanliness of the working environment and internal parts, so that no visible debris, if there are large debris in the work into the solenoid valve will cause some damage to the solenoid valve.
3. In the key parts of explosion-proof gas solenoid valve device pressure gauge.And pay attention to the monitoring of the solenoid valve pipeline pressure, once exceed the standard to take the corresponding corresponding measures in time, so as to avoid unnecessary losses caused by accidents.
4. When installing the gas solenoid valve, we should see the arrow mark on the valve body, which indicates the direction of medium transmission, of course, it can be ignored in special circumstances.
5. Gas solenoid valve generally has two types of normally open and normally closed, can not be used interchangeably, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the solenoid valve, reduce the service life of the solenoid valve.

Rapid stroke adjustment V start
Factory setting MVDLE 207/5: Rapid stroke not adjusted
1. Unscrew the adjustment cap D from the hydraulic brake.
2. Invert the adjustment cap and use as a tool.
3. Turn anti-clockwise = increase rapid stroke (+).
Replacing hydraulic brake unit
1. Switch offff fi ring system.
2. Remove locking varnish from countersunk screw A.
3. Unscrew countersunk screw A.
4. Unscrew socket head screw B.
5. Raise hydraulic brake C.
6. Exchange hydraulic brake C.
7. Screw in countersunk and socket head screw. Only tighten socket head screw so that hydraulic brake C can just be turned.
8. Coat countersunk screw A with locking varnish.
9. Leakage test: Pressure tap at sealing plug 2:
MVD 2 …pmax.= 200/360 mbar
MVD 5 …pmax. = 500 mbar
10. Perform functional test.
11. Switch on fi ring system.
