Collapsible plastic box pallets are available in 1000mm in height and can be folded to save shipping cost. They are in excellent lightly used condition, clean with no stickers, all doors and hinges are intact. They are manufactured from strong hdpe, this offers strong protection and huge 800 Ltr volume for any material handling and distribution use. Its static load capacity is 4000 kg and a maximum stack loading of 4,500 kg this plastic pallet box is an ideal option for material handling. The plastic drop on lid can also be fitted to this pallet box and it can be easily stacked like usual.
Many people are struggling to find a solution to save shipping cost especially when they are using resuable package which has to be sent back. Collapsible plastic box pallets will be the best option as they can be folded when not used. So in return trip, the volume of the package will be much less.
There are drop gates (one on long side / one on short side) for easy access even when stacked. 3 wide skids on bottom allows use on racking and easy forklift or pallet truck entry for handling/ Large label holders on each side box for easy identification when needed. Unit folds down to 386mm when not used, it will save about 62% of space. Boxes can be stacked full or empty with up to 500kg / box and it will stack as high as 5 layers. Collapsible plastic box pallets are both fully washable and immune to weather and rusting issues. The boxes are also 100% recyclable and environmental-friendly.
